Based on the results of the needs-analysis the consortium will elaborate a syllabus and learning content. The authoring and review of all content will be established a strong collaboration of the partnership. The results are fundamentally defining the quality and success of the project results.
During the proposal writing phase we prepared a preliminary plan for the modules and estimated the size of the contents, however this plan can be modified according to the results of the needs-analysis.

We agreed that we will avoid authoring the “100th “ version of a topic, if we find relevant and good quality open educational resources (OERs), we will reuse it. There is only one problem foreseen regarding the OERs: it is the language. The best resources (tutorials, videos) are published on the Internet in English. However, in the field of ICT, there is no chance to keep pace with the evolution without at least good reading skills for the professional content, even in the agricultural sector. This is the reason while we intend to include a block into the learning content about ICT tools for rapid development of English language skills, which supports the processing even video tutorials, if it is published with English subscriptions.
All newly created contents will be authored and reviewed in English, and translated into the national languages of the target countries, and the translation will be reviewed again.
